He received his discs from me over 2 weeks ago, and since then I've received no contact at all...no discs...nothing!

i did a movement with him as well, he shipped the discs in a timely manner

but but but

he doesnt have a disc machine, so he needs to copy things to vhs, and he then sent me the discs that someone else sent him, thats not really a issue

until until until

he just drops the 20 some discs in a mailer and sends them,.they werent packaged at all, and they were very beat up when they arrived

i messed with a bunch of them, and made most work, but 6 were beyond hope, and i had to make another deal to clean up the lame attempt at shipping, he had no way to replace the bad ones,

i wouldnt even consider doing another transaction with this person

also as a side note, this person is a minor, keep that in mind as well,

Passionsfan and i had some ill will from days gone by--- he had approached me repeatedly about working something out, said he was taking a set 100% then went away, about 6 times this happened, til i stopped reading his emails--- THEN i gave him a chance a few months ago--- we did a swap--- he had to send first, and he did and all was fine on that one

i left him good feedback and he did the same, but a month later he contacted me and had a vhs copy of a tv movie i wanted, ok great--- he said he'd send it right out, and then never did, i checked back several times and never got anything at all, i finally, after a dozen emails, just said forget it and moved on

so the scorecard is 1 trade=fine, 1 trade=never happened b/c he missed about 6 ship days where he was gonna send it


i dont know--- i see him posting all over the site so i dont know why he isnt replying to people

He was listed on the bad trader thread for a long, long time, but his name has been removed. Perhaps it's time to put it back on and keep it there. I don't think a person who makes that list should ever be removed. Notes can be added saying things like "appears to have changed his/her ways" or whatever, but once a person makes that list, it should remain part of their permanent record. Let's face it, people don't make that list because of some tiny error or by accident, they make it by really screwing people over. That's something that any potential trading partner should know, for that sort of piss-poor attitude towards others can always rear its ugly head again.

well i know he is a moderator, and i also know that people are often hesitant to speak out against a moderator--- but it looks as if the guy has been having LOTS of problems with LOTS of people--- we all have trades go south, and it happens-- but i count 4 bad comments so far, on this thread and the other in the main body and the post has been up only a few hours--- and that aint so hot

my little issue with him didnt warrant a big deal

but group a bunch together and theres a pattern

savage offered to try and help, but i said to just drop it, its not worth the effort, i made it up elsewhere, and passion wasnt worth my ire or time as a trader

he contacted me today and asked for my address. Don't know if that means he's sending them or not. Said he would send a tracking number. Never got it.

I have added Jeremy back to the bad trader list.

He was on it when I started modding, I was told why- and after a year of me modding I decided to see if the past was the past- and give him a fresh start.

When the first couple complaints came, I contacted him with no reply.
And more trades were taken up after that-
I thought they woudl get resolved so I backed off a little, since this is a reoccuring issue, obviosully it can't be ignored.

Please contact him, express your dissatisfaction with your idea of a compromise that he can resolve with you- and post appropriate feedback and where things are-
so the community knows-

And in the future, as a member has suggested, perhaps removing them from the list, is not such a good idea- Just a note expressing their new efforts and to maybe let them send first only.

Let me know if there are any outstanding questions- and or any information related to this, so I can accurately reflect it in the bad trader forum thank you

Jeremy was a moderator first- and had some difficulties with trading-
Some time had gone by, and some felt a new beginning might help.

I don't agree with the situation, but the area he was modding has nothing to do with trading. And being a bad trader can be a result from anything form being too eager, to not being knowledgable about media.
Whereas being a moderator for the lets say Gimmie a Break section, just means you know a bit and are interested in that particular show.
He wasn't a moderator for the traders forum and having difficulty trading.



And he is no longer a moderator, so the issue is resolved regardless.
Those who have outstanding trades can contact him- and try to work things out.


A lot has been said, and I hope everyone will give him some time to try to take care of things - I know it can be frustrating, but give some consideration and patience if you can.

I called him yesterday evening. He said he had computer problems. I don't know if he meant he could not get online, or he needed a computer to make dupes. But, he was online a few days ago, and from what I understand, he does not use a computer to make discs...so put 2 and 2 together. He said he was going to send my stuff and Kix-dude's stuff out today. I find that hard to believe, but I'll wait and see. I asked him to email the tracking #.
