There were 4 spin off sitcoms from Happy Days. Joanie Love Chachi, Mork & Mindy, Laverne & Shirley and _______________. Can somebody PULEEZE fill in the blank, it's driving me nuts!

The other was "Out of the Blue". A short lived sitcom that aired briefly in 1979.
If you go solely on the original airdates, then Out of the Blue was not a spinoff series - it was a crossover series (like Diff'rent Strokes and Hello, Larry).
The Happy Days episode with Random the angel aired on September 18, 1979 (a Tuesday) and Out of the Blue premiered on September 9, 1979 (a Sunday with Robin Williams as Mork as a guest star). So Out of the Blue had already premiered so I think they put Random on Happy Days so more people would be familiar with the character.
I know some of the tv reference books list Out of the Blue as a spinoff but I believe they are incorrect.
The 4th spinoff is Blansky's Beauties. Howard's cousin Nancy Blansky from Las Vegas, who introduced him to Marion, appeared on The Third Anniversary Show. That episode aired on 02/04/77 and Blansky's Beauties then preimiered on 02/12/77.
