*** Lamont is back, public apology and now lets end this feuding****

I'M BACK! And Glad to be back. I would like to take a few moments to address the big issue here---- one which has lead to my suspension as well as some other suspensions recently and one I hope we can put an end to. There has been a months long feud going on between certain factions on these boards. In all honesty, the time has come to finally end this pointless and self destructive fighting. There have been fights and needless to say, some problems and disagreements arose, and instead of handling the situation like ADULTS would choose to do--- they were badly handled and made to get progressively worse and worse. BOTH SIDES of the issue have been wrong, both sides have gone too far, both sides have crossed the line and it has gotten quite ugly on far too many occasions. When I say BOTH SIDES-- I mean it and I will have to take responsibility for my actions as well, and say YES on many occasions I have been as guilty as any involved and been just as caught up and just as immature as any of the feuders. I have handled this badly on several occasions and been responsible for causing it to escalate. For the way I have added fuel to the fire and my mistakes, I openly apologize and admit that I was wrong. And yes, I will be the one to step up to the plate and say that YES, I have been hard on tvresearcher and others and I have crossed the line as well, said and done some petty things and escalated the fussing and feuding also. I apologize to the board and to the other party. Baiting and sandbagging aint the way to handle any situation. I am not too proud to admit that I have not handled things in an adult manner either. We all get caught up in the heat of the moment and act rashly, and old Lamont aint afraid to call himself out, when Hes out of line too. People do things and act ways online, that 99% of them would NEVER do in real life. We all need to step back and remember that Lamont, or JOE X, or MR TRADE are NOT just screen names--- they are real human beings... and should be treated as such.

So, this is Lamont being honest here, and putting out the flag of truce and urging others to follow suit. This feud is going to accomplish NOTHING. Let's just agree to disagree. I'm not asking anyone to bend over backwards but if we see someone post something that we think is wrong or misdirected--- let's just ignore it. If If certain members cannot find any common ground, then let's just steer clear of one another. The BIG PICTURE is NOT this one is right and this one is wrong--- the big picture is --- THIS WHOLE FEUD IS WRONG--- Some fights just are not worth fighting and some fights offer nothing to be gained to the victors. I urge all others involved to follow suit, life is too short to spend precious time arguing and bickering over such trivial matters. Lets all just take a step back and act like we would in real life, and Lamont is included in that. I am done with these fights and I will no longer let myself get caught up in that cycle. No doubt there will be a lot of deep discussion posts on this thread, but I'm just popping in before they start to say welcome back Big L, glad the junkyard's back open for business..Lol

In the future- I say this to all

If there is a problem on a thread- use the REPORT thread button.

Understand that the OWNER as well as the modeartor of that section gets the report.

Be understanding that we have jobs, other than this- give us time to get it, read it and take action.

If you report a thread, your allowing the moderators and or owner to handle the problem
If you engage in the arguing you BECOME part of the problem.

A lot of problems on this site, come from not being able to control tempers, and not being able to control gossip.
Its really simple- it takes 2 fight-
And It is getting to the point that wrong or right doesn't matter to some.

State your case- State it politely There is no reason to swear, to curse to insult or to threaten.
There is no reason to take it to other forums or other sites.
And doing so only engages the arguement furthor with people getting involved that need not.

If you have a complaint about a trade - leave the feedback- keep it factual
If you have a complaint about a user- contact a moderator or administrator or the owner.
If you have suspicions of a dual account, or bad behavior- again contact a member of the staff and we will look into it.

I as well as many others am tired of a person having a problem with another, starting a thread- invting others to gang up and defend the poster.
I am exhausted with people complaining and then doing the very thing they complain about.
And I am annoyed with peopel taking action into their own hands, and gossiping, ruining reputations and taking alliances against users and forums as if this site is something out of West Side Story.

Learn to get along, or learn to use other areas of the board.
There are rules, and there are consequences for breaking them
We the moderators and the owner try to take reponsibility for problems and to keep things running smooth
but over all understand the MEMBERs have to take responsibility too and sometimes that means, being more mature than another
Being more patient than another - and being more forgiving than another.
