Was there an episode where Johnboy got into real trouble?

I was just wondering, I've only seen seasons 1-3 so far of 'The Waltons' and I was wondering, was there an episode in seasons 4-5 where Johnboy got into any serious trouble?

Well, it was likely his fault that the house burned down in season 4 (he left a lit pipe in the hallway), but he covered it up and told no one except Grandpa (who might have been responsible himself). His coverup was extremely hypocritical, IMHO, because if he had found out that one of his siblings was responsible, you just know he would have said, "Now, you go tell your Mama and Daddy about this right now!"
