When did the A- Team use the bullet holes opening & added Amy in the bullet holes sequence?? What season was this??

I believe they used the bullet holes opening from the beginning of the series. Amy was added to the montage sometime during the first season, but by the second season, Amy (Melinda Culea) was written off the show.

There was no opening montage during the two-hour pilot, as it was done like a movie. This was common practice because even if the network didn't pick up the series, they could air it as a movie-of-the-week.

Interestingly enough, a different actor played Face in the pilot, though Dirk Benedict was on board for the second episode. I had forgotten this until recently re-watching the pilot on DVD.
