View Full Version : How does Sara Gilbert look best: Old Nose or New Nose

Sara Gilbert had plastic surgery done on her nose in 1992. she had a very prominent nose, especially on the bridge area. I think the "new" nose looks very well, except the tip of it seems just a tad bit more prominent.
Funny, her sister Melissa Gilbert (Little House on the Prairie) is her adopted sister, but yet, she also had plastic surgery on her nose because of the same thing. The bridge area being too prominent, too thick. I think they both got great jobs done on their noses.

I agree; Sara had a very well-done rhinoplasty performed on her nose. The nose looks very natural to her face, which is the best possible outcome of such surgery.

I agree, I thought Sara Gilbert was pretty cute too! I think she looked her best around seasons 6 through 8 when she stopped dressing in all of that black & dark clothing!

I feel kind of silly since I didn't even know Sara had a nose job until I read it on the internet a couple years ago. Now I'm more attention to detail. They did a good job reconstructing her nose.

I think her nose looks better after the surgery.

I, personally, feel she looks horrible now.

I am completely and utterly against plastic surgery for pure social cosmetic reasons.

She destroyed her unique look.

that's actually a good opinion, and for the most part I really agree with where you stand...but I don't think ahe looks "horrible"! but I will admit, she certainly wasn't hiddeous before, and she really didn't need surgery at all...but I do think she still looks great!
