Is Season 1 Going to be rerealsed?

Does any body know if Season 1 will be rerealsed? I really hope, so because as of now I plan on purchasing Seasons 2-9 on DVd, but I will not waste my money on the edited season 1. I really want them too, and I'm sure others agree, that it should be the orginal abc airing, especially the younger fans, such as myself who weren't around when the first season came on, or were too young to remember.

I have emailed Anchor Bay and Carsey Werner and they said they aren't going to rerelease it. Now i didn't get to see the uncut episodes either due to the fact that i was 1 year old when it came out. But you could email them and see what they say.

Here's what i think they should do.

Rerelease the whole series uncut with additional bonus features, cover arts that match the season, the season 3 airdates, correct trivia questions without typos, and more hidden footage. After the first nine are released.

Why would season 1 be re-released UNCUT when money has already been made on that particular season?

But I think the average buyer doesn't care about it being UNCUT. They would just know they already bought the DVD since it says season 1-lol

Yeah but it's a rip-off to their fans and people who didnt get to see its original run.
They did the wrong picture for the 2nd dvd season on The Cosby Show too... its a pic from season 3. I'm so tired of all their ignorance. I'm not wasting any money on Roseanne or The Cosby Show as much as they're still played on television. Especially when the companies making the dvds cant do anything right.

I don't care about the pictures. They don't claim to be from the right season, there are a number of legitimate reasons for using different photos'. I think Roseanne and Dan look better in Season 9, so I don't care if that picture pops up on Season 3 DVD - hell, Roseanne might have asked for them to make her look better!

The picturesdont bother me as much its just that Roseannes face looks different in every single one almost and if the whole series was rereleased later later on then it would probaly make the whole entire group of people who do not want to buy it uncut actually buy it.
