Mary and Rhoda movie

Anyone watch it?  Valerie Harper and Christine Ebersole from 'Valerie' were both in it. I thought it was pretty good, but I would rather have seen it in 'sitcom' format rather than as a tv movie..

Yes, I did watch it. I thought it was extremely well done as well, but the traditionalist in me would've liked it in 'sitcom' format. Would've made the continuity more gelled I guess.

By the way, the cast of this movie was on ROSIE the other day, and when Christine Ebersole came on, it was mentioned how she & Valerie Harper starred together on "Valerie" and they joked how Christine (Barbara Goodwin) was the first 'Edie McClurg'. It was sure great to see them together. I would also love to see Valerie pair up with Judith Kahan again (Annie Steck). Does anyone know what Judith is doing nowadays?

Anyway, I wanted to mention before I leave that I taped the ROSIE show with the cast, as well as the "Mary & Rhoda" movie. And, I also have some interviews (from way back) where Valerie Harper discusses being fired from "Valerie" (a few talk show appearances) as well as one with Sandy Duncan. Anyone interested in any of these, gimme a holler!
