yep she sure did - on Bewitched she'd move her nose with her hand, and on the spin-off series Tabitha she did it quite often :)

Oddly enough, Samantha (Elizabeth Montgomery) neither wiggled or twitched her nose. If you'll closely, you'll see she's actually moving her upper lip back and forth.

...when she appeared in "JOHNNY COOL" (1963), a theatrical movie directed by her husband, William Asher. Her character did this as a reaction to another one (I forget WHO). When Asher and company were deciding HOW Samantha would "activate" her magic in the pilot episode, Bill remembered the "twitch" and suggested that Liz do that...and she continued to do so for the rest of the series.
