None of the cast members have had much success outside of ADW. Cree Summer recorded an album, "Street Faerie", which was produced by Lenny Kravitz, and is actually quite good.

well, jasimen guy has appeared on broadway ( in chicago) and has done roles on Melrose place and a few other tv shows. dawn Lewis appeared in Hanging with mr. cooper for the first season an a half. And of course Marisa Tomie, she as u probrally knew won an oscar for My cousin Vinny, but that was all the way back in 1992, and after that she started making dumb, dumb movies, like lsums of beverly hills, so her career has stalled. sinbad is a successful stand up comediane and actor appearing in mostly disney movies. And Debi allen is well.. She's debi allen need i say more.

Hey, I liked "Slums of Beverly Hills" - I thought that was a great comedy. Marisa Tomei has also appeared in "What Women Want" with Mel Gibson. Now THAT was a BAD movie!!!
Anyone know what Lisa Bonet is up to these days?

I saw her on something recently-her face looks so gaunt,I hope she is healthy.Maybe just overdoing a diet or something.I wonder if she ever remarried or had any more kids.

I was told by a relative a few years back that she had a drug problem. The last thing I saw her in was "Enemy of the State" with Will Smith. She played his former mistress.

Oh, I saw Lisa Bonet in "High Fidelity" with John Cusack. She played a singer that John Cusacks character met at a club. It's quite a good movie, I recommend it. You're right though - Lisa does look really thin.

Can someone please tell me a little about the guy named Bumper Robinson. He came on in the last season. I thought he was a good actor and a nice looking guy. I haven't seen him in anything else besides A Different World and Living Single.

He is a cutie! I remember he was a child actor doing lots of guest roles in the 80's. He was on that UPN show last season. The one with Jaleel White. I think it's called Grownups but I'm not sure if it got the axe or not.
