Jack Tripper parked his car outside the apartment. He looked down at the piece of paper in his hand. "My 3rd ticket, just great." He mumbled sarcastically. “Now I’ll have to go to court.” He walked up the stairs to his apartment where his roommates, Janet Wood and Chrissy Snow lived. “Hey Jack!” Chrissy greeted him cheerfully, her blonde pigtails bouncing as she walked. “Hey Chrissy.” Jack managed a small smile. “What’s up Jack?” Janet asked as she walked in from the kitchen. “Another speeding ticket.” Jack said reluctantly. “Oh Jack! Not another one!” Janet sighed as she took it from him. “You’ll have to go to court now.” “I know. Will you guys go with me for support?” “Of course!” The girls answered in unison.

The next night was Jack’s court date. They all pilled in the car. To Jack’s surprise, his best friend Larry and landlord Ralph Furley decided to tag along. After driving into town Janet pointed out the window. “There it is.” Jack parked the car and they all went inside.

Inside the building, District Attorney Dan Fielding and Defense Attorney Christine Sullivan were ready to start the night’s work. The tall bailiff, Bull Shannon interred the court room. “All rise, Criminal court part two is now in session, the honorable Harold T. Stone presiding.”

I Hate to, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to put this story on hiatis(sp?) for a while. I just don't have enough time to do as many stories as I used to. School and work are taking a toll on me, lol.
