UNSOLVED MYSTERY: Reunion fans looking for some semblance of closure from Fox's recently axed drama might want to look elsewhere. Despite a week of brainstorming, show execs have concluded it simply is not possible to wrap up the central murder mystery nine "years" sooner than planned. Executive producer Jon Feldman explains in a statement, "Because the events of Samantha's murder are partially reliant on characters we haven't yet met — and events we haven't yet seen — there is no way to solve the mystery of her murder without being able to complete the full arc of our story through the present day. I greatly regret that this question along with many others that the series has posed will remain unsolved, and I am deeply grateful for the support of viewers who share this regret." Reunion's 13th and now final episode airs Feb. 2.

That sucks, FOX should of made their fans happy and just renew Reunion for the whole season. Yea, they would of lost money and the ratings will continue to suffer.. but Reunion fans would be happy.. and everyone could move on after the end of the season. Instead they cancel it, leaving the fans hanging. FOX should be thankful for the fans who still watch their programming [after all their cancellations] and stop taking their viewers for granted. Reunion will be forever missed.

I know. :(

I don't know if anyone remembers this show from a few years ago, but "Wonderfalls"-- that was SUCH a good show, and they barely gave it a chance to grow. :(

I heard about it but I never actually saw it. :( I stopped watching all new shows on FOX after Dark Angel and Titus were canceled and I just started watching it again.

I don't get why they don't pull some of the reality shows they have. We have enough of those on TV already!

This is quite a let-down. I was addicted to the show from the first episode, and now to know that there will be no pay-off for my faithful viewing... highly disappointing... :mad:

We've been hearing at Reunion sites I pratically live on that The Wb may pick it up.If they get enough emails from Fans they will finish it and maybe let it grow here is the email. faces@theWB.com

Thats good news. The WB can use some more quality shows.I agree with you.So lets hope it can remain good news and get alot of emails and maybe they won't go back on their word.

It doesn't make sense that they would cancel a perfectly good show. It seems like there going to be showing a lot of reruns in its time slot. I guess it makes sense that they can't end it but I wish they would just change the ending to something that would work so that we aren't all left hanging. I really hope theW.B. picks it up.
