Either I completely forgot or had no idea in the first place that he died in 1988, assuming just after the final season of Hotel. Does anyone remember hearing this when it happened? I remember last year seeing an obviously old rerun of $25,000 Pyramid and he was one of the celebs. At that time I didn't check the net to see if he'd done anything recently. I assumed he was still alive.

I remember it well because he died very suddenly from an allergic reaction to penicillin. Hotel had only been off the air a couple months. He did appear on Pyramid that year. It was all over the entertainment magazines when he died. That's why doctors always ask people if they're allergic to penicillin because it can kill you if you are allergic and you take just a tiny dose.

Man that's sad. I'm sorry to hear that. I didn't even know. I thought all the White Shadow guys were still around.

I didn't know that!!! My God, what was I doing that I missed that news...that is really sad...even though I am late on this thread, it's still real sad. I always liked his character, on and off the screen.
