This will either make people angry or extremely happy, but the Spin Doctors have finally released an album worthy as a followup to their 1991 release Pocket Full of Kryptonite, and it only took 14 years (sigh). I actually like some material from their other 1990s albums, but it was Pocket Full of Kryptonite that really got me started on the group and kept me as a fan.
The new album Nice Talking to Me was released by Universal a couple of months ago, and featured a whole list of great rock/pop/bluesy tunes. Anyone else a fan of the group that hasn't heard this yet? The first song, also the title track, signals a mature, straight forward rock tune, and it's great.
