Could Jack Shepard be Derek Shepard's Brother?

So far we know that who Jack's Father and Ex-Wife are and we know that Derek Shepard (Grey's Anatomy) used to live in New York and who his wife is so that leaves the possiblity that there brothers. I know that some people spell there names wrong but we don't know for sure how they spell them. Also It could happen because they are both Beuna Vista shows. What do you think?
