After calling off his wedding to another woman, Darnell admits his true feelings for Maya, and they run off to Las Vegas to get re-married, on the season premiere.

The are-they-or-aren't-they couple Joan (Tracee Ellis Ross) and William (Reggie Hayes) definitely aren't. Toni's (Jill Marie Jones) marriage to Todd (Jason Pace) is over. And Lynn (Persia White) — let's just say she's playing for the other team. The only people falling in love are divorcés Maya (Golden Brooks) and Darnell (Khalil Kain). ''We're going to get to watch them rebuild, stumble, and fall...and work it out because they both have grown.''


I'm so happy that Maya and Darnell will be getting back together.

I had a feeling Lynn would go that route. It's not really that big of a surprise because she always hinted about it. I'm thinking she might be doing it because of how things ended with her and Finn.

When it's tv, it's always bittersweet to see ex-couples reunite, but if this was real life, I'd kick Darnell to the curb & never look his way again.

Lynn's character really showed stupidity going after the womanizing Finn. What in the world did she see in that loser?!

Toni & Todd - I don't know how it went wrong, but he fell out of love w/ her pretty quickly after their marriage, so since it takes both people to mk the marriage work, unfortunately Toni's alone w/ a new baby.

I like Joan & William as a couple. I notice w/ a lot of shows, the 2 people everyone wants to get together doesn't for a long, long time. Then when they do get together, it quickly turns to rocky ground (like on Gilmore Girls' Lorelai & Luke & Melrose Place's Billy & Alison).

I like Darnell & Maya together! I was hoping they would get together but they getting married that fast again!! I'd rather much they took it slow & then we could have a big fancy wedding. I think that was trifling of Darnell to just leave his fiancee hanging like that & remarry Maya on the same day!

What I should have added in my post is that Todd knew how her personality was from the beginning & still loved her enough to marry her. All of a sudden, it's over & he's in NY.

Well I went to TVguide.com to read about the season premiere and they said that Lynn proposes to a woman to keep the woman from killing herself.

And also the week after next the episode says that Lynn will try to break up with her girlfriend.

I have a feeling that it's not going to be a serious relationship just something funny and stupid that Lynn will do.

The William and Joan Ooh Ouch thing was funny. The Toni story line was kinda boring, the Lynn thing was stupid. And I have to say that I really enjoyed Mya and Darnell I'm glad that they got back together. But the fighting over Jabarie room thing was a little stupid, wouldn't it be easier for them to pack up and move into a bigger apartment. Isn't Lynn the apartment manager, I'm sure she could move them into a 2 bedroom.

I really liked seeing Maya and Darnell together. The people in the background, when they were in Las Vegas kind of ruined the moment because they were looking all in the camera and taking pictures.

I didn't quite get the William and Joan thing, so basically they didn't have sex because Joan kept screaming?

If you remember a few seasons ago, When William was with Ivonne, she said that William was very well endowed and that's why she would call him "Big Willie." So in other words, William's penis was too big for Joan and it was hurting her.

William and Joan are wrong for each other period. They should have hooked her up with Davis when he showed up that one time in their hang out. Both of them were free, why not?!

Lynn was a idiot for messing with Finn. She needs therapy BAD!!! The lesbian thing won't work!

Toni can't be married to anyone because she's so stuck on herself. Todd is a idiot for messing with her.

Maya & Darnell was long awaited for me. I thought they never should have broke up in the first place. The bedroom fight was tupid and premature since they don't know if Darnell's place is burned up, right?!

I never really liked Darnell's character, but if they're going to have him & Maya get back together, I wish they didn't have them already bickering on their honeymoon, I mean at least show them really happy for the first several episodes at least. I don't even know why they brought in a lesbian lover for Lynn?! They need to show Joan either happy w/ William w/o the problems or just have her meet another man. One thing I hate the most is when tv shows finally put a long awaited couple together, then have them start having problems starting the following episode. Toni in my opinion needs a therapist to help her sort out her own deep-seeded problems.

How many times does William and Joan have to tell each other they are going to be friends? Why can't Lynn just tell Jennifer she doesn't want to be married and leave it alone? I'm glad Darnell and Maya are together but the fighting needs to stop. It's not even that serious. Is Todd going to move back to California or stay in New York?
