He recently contacted me and claimed he would only ship items at the same time, considering his feedback 2 negative of 5 on ebay and the fact that he seems to have a couple very rare items. I would be very wary of this guy.

He seems to have some scammer like tactics, i.e. claiming great feedback, no trade history and having very rare items. I would not deal with this guy unless he sent first. It seems too fishy.

He claims to have complete sets of the following which I do not believe I have seen at all.

As well as many other very rare series.

His feedback shows nothing in the past 6 months and the 2 negative feedback comments were by 2 different Powersellers with over 200 feedback stating he did not pay. His response to both was identical, blaming them for failing to email him.

if you cant agree to same time then im sorry it would be in the best interest for us to both part ways. i have feedback on ebay which is a very famous auction site as you know.. so thats feedback actualy that is respected. it says 1 but thats new within year.. others are on if u click the 1. "

I'd like to state I disagree with this type of trading. I am not sure offically what the ruling is going to be, but we don't allow posting of wants or sellng/trading of retail items.

A game system is definately a retail item.

This type of exchange is more suited for Ebay and Half.Com or Amazon then a video trading board
