this hurricane is no joke so we should quite worrying about trading and think about them not about us this is going to be one the of the worst hurricane t-greg is in la and i hope and pray go out to everybody and don't move this post it should be read jsut watch the new the winds are 167 mph this is no joke

I suggested on another forum that as people hear from our trading friends in the path of the hurricane, let us know how people are doing - if they're okay, if they need help, etc. This is one of the greatest uses there is for the internet - letting friends know that other friends are okay or in need of assistance.

Prayers and warm, dry thoughts for everyone in LA, and on the East Coast in general - Katrina is going to be making herself known for several days, I'm sure.

thanks for agreeing with me this hurricane is unlike anything we every seen if yiu ever watch the movie the day after and new york got hit with the storm well thats what it well be like i not regilous ok i just know there is a time for everything and thats why the interent is so important people will not have pwer for weeks maybe,,,maybe months and the gas price are going to get higher so this storm will affect everybody so i don't understand way people are still trading but this is just my opion ok

Wolf, while I agree it's going to be a real mess for all those in the affected areas (my cousins and aunt/uncle are directly in it's path), please don't put people down for carrying on their normal affairs. That's MY opinion.

i jsut think people should be more understanding that all this hurricane is going to be the worst ever i not putting people down but think of it this way gas prices are going to rasie high then anybody could ever beleive

have you been through a hurricane i have i from the south and going back home soon and when fran hit carolina beach nc it was like a bomb we had no power in some place for week and i stayed right across form the ocean my family lost 4 vechile and i lost my home i was staying in so i know what the people will go through heck i go down down if they need help after the storm i worked for the red cross after hurricane fran so i jsut letting people know how bad this will be and fran was a 3 this is a 5 i jsut care ok i seen to many of these things and know what they do but i never seen one that was a 5

Wishing for the best for people does not mean that everything has to stop. I've seen posts on various boards today from folks in the affected areas where they are asking that someone record something for them while Katrina moves through their area. So maybe something nice to do would be if you know someone in the south who collects, and you know something they would normally record is on in the next week, capture it in case they end up needing it.

Sadly, bad weather happens all across the world on any given day. When it's so close to home, we feel it a bit more.

The Bible speaks of these things increasing before the Rapture (the catching away of the saints before the Tribulation)...

"For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places." Matthew 24:7

Times like these are only going to get worse, as the Bible foretells. Best to get spiritually prepared before it's too late.

I hope Greg is ok, I haven;t heard from him and been trying to see how he is
