Well UM has a worldwide audience given that nearly every part of the world has been part of a UM story at least once, even the Antarctic where rock 84001 in the Life on Mars segment was found. In this story and Face on Mars they have even profiled things not of this world.

But that aside, I have noticed that pretty much all of the Wanted, Unexplained Death, and Missing Persons cases originate in the US, with only a few others taking place in Canada or Mexico(Tijuana police suspected of killing a college student named Jason). With all the stories from all parts of the world, I only wonder why these three kinds of stories generally happen in the US and Canada. Yes, missing people and fugitives can be traced and found in other counties, but they almost always commited their crime in or dissappeared while in the States, even if they were born elsewhere. I know that UM was an American TV show but they went to all parts of the globe to film stories and get interviews for just about every other type of story that they did, so I think it would be only natural to cover these kinds of stories from other counties as well.

If any of you can think of an unexplained death, missing persons case, or crime story that happened in another part of the world and was on UM, let me know.
