It was when that homecoming queen girl told JJ that she was intimidated by him because he was an intellectual and James just popped open his eyes and stared at her like she was drunk. LOL

that was the only good part of the show...the entire episode was so damn boring.

This episode revealed that for 3 seasons, J.J was a PHONY. That he never had any girls pretty enough to introduce to the family, and that he was really insecure about his looks.

That's not true at all though, because what about the girl from debutante ball? She was very pretty. Better looking than Joanne in fact.

So J.J falls into a slump because Joanne didn't want to date him.

But Joanne wasn't really thinking about J.J., she was just there for Thelma's study time. Was every girl J.J. meet supposed to fall head over heels for him everytime he saw them? Please!

And she went with him because she felt sorry for him? OH poor misguided J.J.!

That's why I didn't like this episode
