I finally got to watch Newhart for the very 1st time ever, it was the final eps that just aired on TVLand, I had always heard about the shocking finale but I was never able to watch it. I use to always watch The Bob Newhart Show on TVland, so I'm familiar with the characters Bob and Emily Hartly, I thought the eps was hilarious and the surprise ending was fantastic and very original, not exactly your typical sad, moving out clip show that most other shows do. I wish this show aired in reruns because I would love to see more of it, too bad it's not on DVD either.
