If anybody remembers, why did Julie join the wacko religious and cult? Didn't she bring back a homeless man to live in the apartment so he could be saved by God or something? Looks like this show really needs resurected. What did Ann do when she first saw the guy because I don't remember.

Julie joined the LOGS (Lambs of God), a religious cult. She did bring a drunken, homeless man home to hopefully lead him to God. Ann flipped out when she found out the news, but decided to let Julie have a chance at changing the man. He ended up stealing from the family and was sent to jail. Julie went there to talk to him, but he never changed. He got angry at her and told her to get lost. Ann and Julie then talked it over and decided that Julie at least cared about him. This was a two-part episode, which had a bittersweet ending.

Thanks for answering my questions michaelinn. My memory is really rusty on this show, although I've always loved it. I haven't seen it since it signed off in 1984 when I was 13, and I'm really dying to see this program again. I didn't even remember that the cult episode was really a two-parter.
