I got banned from a website I love very much......

I was a regular poster on another website and I did something against the rules that got me banned. I praised Sitcomsonline(This website) and bashed that website. I had a thread that said that Sitcomsonline was WAY better than that website(I am being mum about the website) and that it was inferior to SO. I actually wrote this thread twice, the first time it got deleted by administrator, so I decided that it got deleted was because the thread title said "Come to Sitcomsonline.com! It's better than(The website)!, so the second time, I decided not to put anything about SO are the website in the title so that the admins would not think anything suspicious.... Nice try, but no cigar. (Turns out, admins seriously frown upon posters telling other posters that another website is better than them(Especially some of their fiercest competion. It is even in the Conditions And Terms agreement.)In about 3 hours, i was blocked from the website. Not banned, blocked. I couldn't post or write anything, but I was still allowed to view other poster's post, like you do before you are registered. Three years went down the drain because I decided to do this thing twice. Hundreds of post and threads, goodbye! :( Looking back, my first and only warning was when they deleted my thread the first time, but I had the nerfe to try to go around that.

I was banned from a message board I loved very much too, last year. (I busted a moderator who was posting under two usernames. :p) It broke my heart because I had made friends with SO many people and one of the rules of the msg boards was to not exchange any contact information. (for anonmity purposes.) But I was reinstated about a month after, so it's all good.... I think. :D

And some messageboards, espcially the larger ones, just don't have time to give every individual a warning.

WE MAKE HOLES IN TEETH!" over and over in it, even though it was on the "wasteland" board, which is kind of like the random board. i'm assuming the admin didn't want me making an ass of the boards since the guys of metallica read it. whatev, i'm sure they got a laugh out of it. i'm on another metallica board now anyway that they also read and sometimes post on. :snob:

I was a regular poster on another website and I did something against the rules that got me banned. I praised Sitcomsonline(This website) and bashed that website. I had a thread that said that Sitcomsonline was WAY better than that website(I am being mum about the website) and that it was inferior to SO. I actually wrote this thread twice, the first time it got deleted by administrator, so I decided that it got deleted was because the thread title said "Come to Sitcomsonline.com! It's better than(The website)!, so the second time, I decided not to put anything about SO are the website in the title so that the admins would not think anything suspicious.... Nice try, but no cigar. (Turns out, admins seriously frown upon posters telling other posters that another website is better than them(Especially some of their fiercest competion. It is even in the Conditions And Terms agreement.)In about 3 hours, i was blocked from the website. Not banned, blocked. I couldn't post or write anything, but I was still allowed to view other poster's post, like you do before you are registered. Three years went down the drain because I decided to do this thing twice. Hundreds of post and threads, goodbye! :( Looking back, my first and only warning was when they deleted my thread the first time, but I had the nerfe to try to go around that.
