what is the best way to heal these? i've got one on my ankle that i've picked at (it's like it formed almost like a mini-blister... like a pimple or something, but it was really hard like a blister) and i've messed w/ it and now it's itching beyond belief! it's driving me nuts! it's pretty nasty looking...
