They should wait til next year when all seasons of TC are out or at least when season 7 is out.That way most of us won't care if they replace TC and we can watch it whenever we want.I could only watch Season 1 last year because that's the only one that was out

There is a reason why the TV Land August thread is not open for discussion yet on the General Sitcoms board. I said not to reproduce any of that information on any boards. It is still very tentative. Do NOT do this again.

The schedule starts August 15. And Three's Company will still be on at 11pm and 2:30am. It's been airing since May 2004 from 11p-12a, so it was very strong and has been airing in the same slot for well over 15 months. And if Night Court doesn't perform to Three's Company's level, the 2nd Three's Company could return.

You and me both. Well, I had the feeling that this was coming. I knew that they're had to be a resaon why that they're pushing all the seasons of 'Three's Company' so fast onto dvd( not that I'm complaining), but little by little I've been noticing that they would pre-empted 'Three's Company' for some show every now and than. Well, I won't be watching 'Night Court', never had when it was on network tv and never will in August. Do you also know that with the show of 'Top Ten', that they have on every Wed. night. And this week, they have the top ten sexiest men, John is not nominated :mad: How can TVland not nominate him? :angryfire . So I went to the website for tvland, and voted for that show, and nominated him myself.

I don't see what the big deal is. :o It's not like TV Land is completely taking off TC; it's been aired quite a bit on both N@N and TV Land over the course of the last five years. TC's slots on TV Land are still lightyears ahead of the dead-end slots N@N put it before TV Land picked it up.

I hope barely anyone watches Night Court so that TC can have 11:30 back before 2006.Just having it @ 11:00(which is actually better than not having it on at all) is gonna make it suck during the 6th and finale season because of the 2 parter episodes

That's kinda selfish and childish if you ask me. TC's been running in that slot basically since it got to TVLand, and for a long time on NAN, it was that same time too. It could do with change, IMO, and another show should be given a chance in the slot.
