The "Little Grass Shack" number is in the "Lost Episode" called "Songs And Witty Sayings".
It is available as part of MPI Video's "Lost Episodes" series of videos. For some reason the MPI's are getting harder and harder to find in video stores, but I know that you can order them through amazon.com.
By the way, I love that "Little Grass Shack" number too!
