I was flipping around the channels the other day, and I found the Ozzie and Harriet show on PAX TV. It has been on at 11 AM every weekday...I have dvr'd it every day for a week. (Actually, I THINK its on at 11 AM...I'm at work and I can't remember if I set it up to record at 10:30 or 11!) Funny thing...on my guide, it says "Paid Program", like its an infomercial.

Anyway, if you get PAX TV, check it out...

Just got home and checked...11 AM. Looking forward to another episode of the Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet!

I looked up on the PAX schedule on my DVR that PAX does not air "The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet" at all.http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif They would air infomercials. That's in New York City where PAX is on channel 31.

If you read my post, you would have seen that PAX TV is ADVERTISING the 11AM slot as "Paid Programming", which usually means infomercials. However, for some reason, it is NOT an infomercial...it is in fact "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet". The DVR guide SAYS Paid Program, but in Rochester, I've been getting the show. Record it for a day...what do you have to lose?

Today's episode....Ozzie gets the Tiger Club to attend a dance.

Maybe the schedule foul-up is because they recently added the series, but the channel guide hasn't caught up with the change yet.

Also, do you (or anyone else) have any idea how long they have been airing it--or how long they WILL air it ?

Thanks, Scott

I don't know how long they have been airing it...or how long they plan to air it.

Check out the 10:30 slot as well, and maybe some of the others that say "paid program" in the AM. I think I saw "I Married Joan" last week during one of the slots. Personally, I only want to see Ozzie and Harriet, but some of you may want to see the other classic 50's shows they have been airing. Too bad its not on the guide...

Hmmmm... They could be testing the waters to see if any of the shows are being watched more than others before they commit themselves to anything. Maybe if we flood PAX with e-mails specifically requesting O & H they might get the message !

The old shows you may be seeing are something your local PAX affliate is doing, mostly public domain stuff which local cable stations usually run....Ozzie & Harriet is NOT RUNNING NATIONALLY ON PAX....It also does not run in NYC on Channel 31...A infomercial which is the national feed is up and running and by late June all of PAX including primetime will be informercials.

Gee...I feel badly for the rest of you! I have been enjoying O and H very much. I didn't know that PAX had local affiliates, and national advertising (including advertising for PAX TV products) has been airing during that time as commercials. Sorry if I excited everyone for no reason. Hey...you can all move to Rochester!

I watched PAX yesterday morning and today, from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.. Nothing but infomercials and religious programming. :( Back to my tapes & DVDs and hoping that season sets come out someday.

PAX is the so called SEVEN network.

I hardly watch that PAX network.

Last week, I looked up their web site.

Now, Pax is !
