Halloween Episode?

Last night on the nick at nite halloween thing they showed the episode about getting a gun but what does this episode have to do with halloween?

I has nothing to do with Halloween but there isn't a "Halloween" Family Ties episode. So they took the episode with the gun which of course kills people...
