No, but I saw it earlier. Pretty cool I thought, though it was weird that Carter was not one of the "Heroes" yet.
It was interesting but it didn't seem like the same show. The pace was too fast and the characters seemed different. Klink was portrayed as less bumbling and potentially ruthless. I have not seen it lately but I don't recall Shultz having a major role in the pilot.

We don't have Tvland so it has been awhile since I have seen
the pilot, but from what I remember of it the plot was that
one of the new prisoners was a Gestapo spy and Carter
blurts out the entire layout of the organization to him so
Hogan and company take him on a little tour so that he can
see for himself;but when he comes back with Klink and co.
they've worked it so that the tunnel entrance doesn't work
and the spy is suspected of being a bit crazy in the head.
btw:As I say I haven't seen it for a longish time so I might be
wrong about the spy being Gestapo.
Another difference is that Helga(or was it Hilda, can't remember
which of Klink's secretaries came first)was actually part of the
Resistance as she was shown giving the escapees either
haircuts or manicures. They also showed a lot more of the
layout of the underground, and not just the normal radio
shack where they usually show them.
