Will this ep ever air on Disney Channel? I hope it does, cause the copy I got is TOTALLY un-watchable!

I doubt it.. they never have and since it's moving to Fox Family soon maybe they will. I just put that episode on your tape as a bonus as you never actually asked for it, I think my copy is actually pretty decent (it's not perfect, but watchable in my opinion) - maybe it didn't copy for you that great because of the tracking. I'll copy it again in the future if you want me to..

Yeah, then maybe we can see this "Madonna" episode (I know the show extremely well but don't remember that one) and also the great cocaine story, which I've only seen once when it aired originally 15 years ago!

Well, I've seen EVERY growing pains episode...and never once have they aired Mike's Madonna Story since 1985. I don't think they will, mainly because of the content probably.

Yes they have, Todd has it on tape and I don't think his is from 1985. He sent me a copy like a month ago, and it was a little jumpy, but it was a tracking problem when it was copying, and he's sending me another one, along with some DS eps that I paid for.

THE CONTROVERSY is this: Mike starts hangin out with a girl at school who dresses like Madonna:Lace shirts,gloves,what have you...his parents dont know how to approach that she might be a little too fast for "Mike". One night when the folks arent home she shows up in a very sexy Like A Virgin bridal gown,she starts makin suggestions to mike about the 2 of them being all alone,and how she likes his parents big bed.....well,anyway,instead of boffin her Mike takes out his frustrations on the excercise bike!(He rides it...nothin kinky)Then when his folks commend him on not sleeping with a girl he doesnt love he's all"Yeah?well,why didnt I?I'm always talkin about wantin action and when I had a willing girl here I didnt do anything" The girl was played by Kimberly from Diffrent Strokes:Dana Plato. She was fab in it. I thought the all out messge here was GOOD. He DIDNT do it!Good for him!
