This is got to believe the earliest TV schedule ever to appear on New York TV since 1946. Here they are:
8:00 PM - "Famous Jury Trials"
8:30 PM - Movie
That was it. None of the schedule was listed until 1948 or 1949 where all three networks goes to TV. Since 1946, radio was popular with earlier sitcoms like "The Life of Riley", "The Great Gildersleeve", "Fibber McGee & Molly", "Jack Benny", "Fred Allen" and many others. The four networks like NBC, CBS, ABC and Mutual are the best in the business. Radio continued to get its audiences until the mid-50's when radio moved to TV where TV became more popular than radio.
