Hi!
I just went to Google.com and typed in my name...
Imagine my surprise when I found a webpage dedicated to the memory of my aunt!
I think sje would have been pleased to know that she has such a deep effect on so many peole! We were not close at all, mind you. My family didnt even know she existed until she was on "Maude"! We knew that our last name was unusual so my Dad wrote her asking about her family history. That's when we found out that my Dads' father, who walked out on Him and his mother when He was just 2 weeks old (one of those "I'm going out for cigarettes...be right back." deals) and Esthers' Dad were one in the same!
As I said, we werent that close, but one of my fondest memories was when she called me on my 17th birthday and sent me an autographed picture of herself along with her personal script for an episode that hadnt aired at the time!
Now I am an actor! And although I knew that I wanted to perform for a living before she was ever a factor in our lives, knowing that someone I was related to had made it gave me the will to continue in my endeavors no matter how hard and long the road may be.
Well, I've rambled long enough! I just wanted to say that I think the idea of this site is wonderful and should be seen by everyone!
Yours,
