I think spring has finally arrive here where I livein Alaska.Today it will get 42 above :lol: it has been a or it seems like it has been a long winter, where it can go down as 50-,it was'nt a bad winter we had snow,sometimes we get rain also.We had winds gusting to almost 80 MPH,it's so dusty and dirty right now the snow is finally melting,but I hope it goes away fast, usually this time we have a lot more snow,I went on the beach yesterday,still cold there yet.So another month hopefully the snow will be gone and I can see green finally.So I can hear birds chirping,flowers sent in the air and Lilacs blooming. When spring gets here usually it's fast,last summer we had temp 80 to 90'sall summer,it was very dry and hot.I think there's no place like Alaska , and this is were I wantto live for the rest of my life.But I will travel also.

I'd like to visit Alaska someday. I here there are some very beautiful sights there.

My dad was stationed in Ft Richardson when he served the Army in the last 60's. He spent 2 yrs there, he's got some great pictures too that he developed himself

JC Penny is still on 4th,I'll get some pics and Portage Glacier has melted,it's gone. I remember it when it was right up to the parking lot. But,it's gone for good.

You have to save them in your computer first, you can browse for them here with the 'attach files' feature'

when you make your post click on the Manage Attachments button, click on the browse button, locate your file, then click on the upload button - then you are good to go - just make sure the file is less than 250k (?) and that it is a valid GIF or JPEG file
