One of these Shows will be added to the TV LAND schedule in 2006.

Alice and One Day at a Time.

So there is still hope that TV LAND will breath life into these 1976 Sitcoms.

but do you think TV Land will listen to us? probably not. They'd rather air shows like AITF, Brady Bunch and others of the sort that have been played to death in the past decade.

Well, pavabadal has said numerous times that at least one (or all, I forgot) of the remaining shows hasn't (or haven't) been on cable for a while now. He also said "Think 70s" in regards to November's new arrival, so you never know...

And I feel so special, starting a trend...

and, they recently had a "One Day at a Time" reunion show...just within the past month or so, on CBS...

Maybe ODAAT IS coming back to TV Land... (hasn't it been on TV Land at some point in the past?)

I never liked Alice, but ODAAT was very enjoyable, especially the first few seasons... I didn't like it as much in the Glen Scarpelli (aka the Pest) years, even though V Bertinelli got better looking each year.

Why the show's producers decided to make Julie the "hot" sister and Barabara the "plain Jane" I'll never know... did they not have eyes?

No One Day at a Tme never aired on TV LAND. And I agree, Mackenzier Phillips has always been UNATTRACTIVE and to make her character the Hot Sister was plain Stupid. Valerie is SOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!
