In real life Bea Arthur who plays Dorothy wears baggy clothes. Bea is quite tall and thus baggy clothes would probably look better on her.

Her high heeled shoes were cool. After all, it was the 80's. I loved the dress she wore on the episode when she made a fool of herself at a karaeoke bar. I though some of Dorothy's clothes were ok. They were very sophisticated. Blanche had the pretttiest clothes, but I like Sophia's. They're so typically old-lady. She looked goo in those little sweaters and dresses.
