Golden Girls info

Hi!

Can someone tell me if any of the golden girls were on the tv show nurses or empty nest?? Also i would like to know if lifetime will show any of the golden palace shows?? I would love to see the golden palace this show was still the golden girls to me. Thanks for your time and help.

Rose, Blanche, Dorothy and Sophia all guest starred on Empty Nest at one point or another. After Golden Palace left the air in 1993, Estelle Getty became a cast regular on Empty Nest playing Sophia. Also, I know Betty White guest starred at least once on Nurses, and cast members of Empty Nest guest starred on Golden Girls.

Golden Palace is not currently being shown in the U.S. However, I think they should air the Golden Palace episodes with the regular Golden Girls episodes under one name, The Golden Girls. This is what they did with the Hogan Family. They combined the Valerie and the Valerie's Family episodes and aired them under the title, The Hogan Family.

On Nurses Rose, Blanche and Sophia all guest starred. I also think they should put The Golden Palace on lifetime:)

Just to echo what the others said about Blanche, Rose and Sophia appearing on Nurses.

Blanche was the first to appear when she told one of the doctors she had a big problem - she hadn't been intimate with a man for 24 hours. The doctor told her to go away but she ended up in a room at the hospital with an Astronaut (or someone who THOUGHT he was one) and they left together.

Sophia appeared with Dr Harry Westons daughter, Carol. Carol was expecting a baby and Sophia accompanied her to class. There she was acting like typical Sophia, only she appeared very frail compared to her GG days.

Rose was a Candystriper. I can't remember much about her role as I haven't got that one on tape. I do have the Sophia appearance however.
