I would have to say Ross, because his character seems the most "real" to me. He's
insecure, a little clumsy, and seems to get depressed at times. He has flaws, and that makes him someone we can all identify with.

I think Chandler is by far the best actor and the funiest friend of this group. The future of the series was dependant upon whether or not he wanted to come back. He has been successful in movie projects such as the whole 9 yards, three to tangle etc. and could have easily have left the show and concentrated solely on film projects, but he is committed to this group, and the $7.5M per year was a nice incentive as well. But Mathew Perry probably could make twice that if he decided to leave friends, provided he were to stay sober. I also like Courtney Cox and Lisa Kudrow as well.

1) Pheobe - she is so funny, and so original
