If young people are growing up sooner nowadays and committing more and more adult crimes, I think the courts should take that into account and dole out the appropriate punishments accordingly.

I heard a panelist make a good point on a discussion show today. With this new law, what's to stop a gang member or whoever from hiring someone under 17 to kill someone?

they'll probably try to blame it on some anti-depressent he may had been on... or some diet pill... or something. anything but the kid himself/parents/anything that would make him responsible.

I always felt sorry for bus drivers.Kids just dont appreciate what they do for them.
