Haha janitor in the beginning were hilarious. I dont really like when tv shows spoil the ending of movies, no matter how old they are. luckily I've seen 6th Sense.

I think they should include Dr Mickhead a little more. Its always interesting to hear stuff about him, but never quite sure which one he is. We should also get more Nurse Tisdale.

I thought it was pretty cool, and I like seeing JD in moral predicaments -- his character seems to shine in those situations.

I don't see why the writers find it so neccessary to add so many storylines in one episode....we had the thing with J.D and Kylie which was awesome. and The thing between Dr. Cox and the Janitor was pretty funny. But the whole story between Elliot and Dr. Kelso was useless, I swear we've seen stories similar to that a bunch of times before. They should have just focused more on J.D and Kylie.
