I did some research on the internet once, and I'm pretty sure I read about an episode where a UFO lands in back of Flo's bar?? I'm sure this show was lame and I would enjoy the "badness" of it. :happyface

I looked through the entire "Flo" episode guide on www.tv.com and there was never an episode like this.

even if it was, that would have been an extremely dumb episode idea. I have 4 eps of FLo and if there is a episode about a flying saucer then I want no parts of it-lol

Seventies Sitcoms, it has been confirmed. There was a episode of Flo seeing a Flying Saucer. I was going through some old tv guides and it aired on April 18, 1981 and the episode synopsis was

Flo returns home late from a trip disheveled and looking spacey, claiming a close encounter with a flying saucer.


CBS Promo read like this-"WHOOSH, FLO SEES A FLYING SAUCER AND GOES INTO ORBIT!!

was it a spaceship?
Or is Flo getting spacy?
Flo's going crazy
trying to prove she's not!

That is just so bizarre - www.tv.com doesn't mention this at all! Perhaps I overlooked it, but I swear that it wasn't listed. Am I going crazy??! :D

You are right, tv.com doesn't have it listed. I guess whoever the editor of the Flo Episode Guide is never had the April 18-24th Issue of Tv Guide.

I'm pretty sure I remember seeing this episode. I can remember the promos for it too because I thought you would get to see a UFO. I can't remember what happened in the show, but I'm pretty certain I made my family watch this show that night. I remember my sister said "Flo is a stupid show. It's not as good as Alice."

I was told today by a guy that the Flo ep with the Flying Saucer was PREMPTED on April 18, 1981. So since i don;t see it listed on tv.com, CBS probably never aired it because they knew they were going to cancel the show

Hmmm.I know I remember seeing the ads on TV. Mybe they never aired that episode, but I do remember watching Flo anywhow. I was probably too young to realize that it was supposed to suck.
