I only know thar a few weeks ago he was out of the hospital

I hope someone out there can shed some light -- the last I heard, he was still in the hospital, and tabloid reports don't sound encouraging. I'm actually very concerned about him, because he's someone I remember being around all my life, and as silly as this might sound to some people, I miss him. I just hope and pray he's doing better.

BTW, this is my first time posting here -- I'm a big AD fan, but I've been posting in other areas of Sitcoms Online. I was just prowling the web looking for news about DC and found this thread.

Any news?

I wish it were a more in depth report.

Dick Clark Released From Hospital

MALIBU — Dick Clark returned to his Malibu home Wednesday after being hospitalized from a stroke he suffered Dec. 6, his publicist said.
Paul Shefrin said the longtime "American Bandstand" host will continue his recuperation there.

The stroke left Clark, 75, unable to host his traditional New Year's Eve countdown, and talk show co-host Regis Philbin stepped in for him.

Thanks, everyone. I was glad to hear this report, but I also wish it were more in-depth -- I'd like to know the truth about what's going on. The news doesn't sound all that encouraging, but my imagination always makes things worse than they are. At least he's home.

I love ya, Dick!
