Have the rest of you noticed how Beaver's voice is starting to change in recent episodes? Especially when he gets excited, it really breaks!

This is really funny to hear, except when you are a boy going through it! :bump

All the changes are funny when you see them on Wally and Beaver but not when you have it yourself!

"A little blood?" Do you call constant bleeding for 5-7 days "a little blood?"

We don't sing loud. We use our whole body to sing and support our voices.

Do they actually sing Christmas music in a public school? At my school we were never allowed anything like that.

Yep. Every year we have a Christmas concert and then we have a spring concert.

HaskellGirl

We didn't have Christmas songs either, because is offensive to those who don't celebrate Christmas...but we did have "holiday" songs like "Winter Wonderland":D

It is kinda surprising as this area is so conservative but the schools don't have any reference to Christmas or Easter!

That's weird. Our chorus teacher always tells the people who say "this song's against my religion" that it's only a song and if they want to be in the chorus they have to sing the songs. We're singing Carol Singers, Carol; Sing with Joy on Chrisimas Day; Merry Christmas; Hark! The Herald Angels Sing; Angels We Have Heard on High; Joy to the World; White Christmas; O Come All Ye Faithful; Silent Night; Night of Silence; We Wish You a Merry Christmas; and Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer

Tonyd
12-10-2004, 03:51 PM
That is good to hear that they still sing them in some schools anyway. I don't think even the Catholic schools here do much of it!

HaskellGirl
12-10-2004, 05:59 PM
I think its good that most public schools leave religion out...its really the most fair thing to do.:D
