Unlike other weeks, I'm not really itching to see what happens next.

 Can't say I like you know who...but I was kinda half expecting them to be the one...

So are they the one who's dead?

(See, West Coasters, I didn't say if it was a he or a she :) )

I got scared at Lynnette's first dream

Damn you ABC for making us wait another 2 more weeks!

Oh and BTW, after this 2 week wait when Suspicious Minds airs (the next new episode) we'll have to wait until January for new episodes!

January 9th to be exact.

because 1) sunday's get the most viewers and 2)these specials target the older crowd which watch sunday nights onABC

but next week is a tv-movie that seems intresting, IMO plus, it's still sweeps season.... for me while it can be annoying, it just depends on what the "special" is, like next week's movie looks better than the AMA's. but that is just me

anyways, great episode! i'm glad it turned out this way, they really tried teasing us until the dead person was covered up...

how will they find out now? from the looks of the next episode, it's like they don't know....

Ditto.

Though, I am anticipating the next new episode it didn't seem like there was much of a cliffhanger for this episode.

BTW, when Bree was talking to Lynnette, she said "it's hard with 4 kids" but in the first episode Lynnette's husband said to her "wanna go for #4?"

But also, in the first episode, I remember there being the three boys and then the baby too.

That sucks that the show won't be on next week. I liked last night's episode. I'm glad that guy killed Mrs. Huber LOL. She's a pain in the ass & she won't be missed. I can't believe she lied about she didn't take Nicolette Sheridan's money cause they showed her taking the $40 out of her breasts & puttin it in her purse. Susan had no business going through Mike's stuff. She shouldn't have left his money & the gun in the bathroom sink. Nicolette be wearing some sexy ass outfits. She is hot. I like that outfit she had on when she was talkin to Richard Roundtree.

I didn't quite understand Susan taking the money upstairs. Was she going to count it up in the bathroom. As for delivery man not seeing her with the money I would have gone outside and picked up the receipt. Also Mike must have bought/rented a delapidated house. What weak floors he has. I would have been mad at someone going into my cabinets. I wondered why he didn't have more concealed.

isiahthomas
11-29-2004, 12:07 PM
Mike was mad at Susan for lookin into his cabinets cause he saw she had the money & gun in the bathroom sink when he saw her stuck in the floor. She had no business snooping around his house. I was surprised they were kissing a lot at the end when he apologized to her. If i was Mike, i wouldn't want to lose Susan either. She's hot.

Like the other poster said she wasn't snooping. I think if I stumbled across a gun and that much money I'd kinda freak myself, I'd probably assume he's a mobster or a drug dealer or something.

I thought the whole thing was "one will be gone, forever" -- meaning they die.

If she happens to survive that, that would be cool.

But if they go through a whole funeral and stuff, I dont want her to miraculously appear saying she faked her death or something.

As insane as the show is, I want it to be believable.

As unbelievable as it has been, it's still believable.

Last night's episode was great! Woah...just woah.

Gabrielle's storyline wasn't really exciting in this episode. I thought it was interesting how she confessed to being no better than a spoiled child but felt badly about it. Did anyone notice the magazine she was reading was titled Soap Opera Secrets? For some reason that just popped out at me.

Egads, Andrew is such an asshat. If I were Bree, I would've reported him to the police. I mean, he should at least feel some remorse for hitting Mrs. Solis.

Felicity Huffman was awesome in her scenes. I loved the scene in the kitchen when she was imagining herself getting a gun from Mary Alice and killing herself. I found it sad yet funny at the same time because of the music they played in the background. The scene with Lynette, Susan, and Bree in the soccer field/playground was awesome. I really like seeing the housewives all together. :)

Yay, Mike and Susan are finally together. I'm glad the show didn't have them mad at me other for a few episodes before finally bringing them back together.

The scene at the end with Mr. Mary Alice and Mrs. Kravitz was  chilling. I'll miss Mrs. Kravitz, even though she was a big bitch. I can definitely understand why Mr. Mary Alice did it though. I liked how they kept moving between Mr. Mary Alice giving into his hateful passion and killing Mrs. Kravitz and Mike and Susan giving into their passion and making love.

Gah, I don't want to wait two weeks. And then the wait will be even longer! Egads. Oh well. At least they'll be re-running DH during two of those weeks.

This is such a CHILLING episode! Very suspenseful!

Lynette's breakdown was AWESOME! Just BRILLIANT! The freaky music was perfect for the scene and I loved how Mary Alice gave her the gun. I thought she going to shoot the kids lol

The Huber death scene gave me nightmares! HUGE kudos to Mark Moses and Christine Estabrook for those scenes. They were fantastic and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

My speculation says that we'll be seeing more of Martha in heaven, but then after a while, we'll see her sister come to Fairview. Maybe the producers were waiting to make Christine a regular until her permanent character, Martha's sister, comes.

But then again, all of that could be totally wrong.

Caffeine King
11-29-2004, 07:34 PM
I thought that Mary Alice coming down from heaven was kinda random and corny, though it was in Lynnette's dream.

At first I wasn't sure who it was, I thought it was a guardian angel or something but then I figured out that it was Mary Alice.

Did Lynette drop an S-bomb on us when she was crying on the playground? I swear she said "This is such *****."
Didn't notice it, too bad I didn't record it (though, I usually never record anything) or otherwise I'd go back and watch it again to see if that's what she really said.

I hope that Bree turns Andrew in, that's selfish of him to be doing that.

BTW, that was a Beatles song during Lynnette'sfirst dream sequence, right?

Which one was it? :)

I hope that they only do flashback scenes with Mrs. Huber, her and Mary Alice coming down from heaven would be stupid.

:( I can't wait two more weeks! Even though it didn't end on much of a cliffhanger, I want more!

:p How pathetic of me!

i wonder how paul young thinks that no one will notice a body under the rug. or maybe he'll dispose of the body. hmm well it's not exactly like anyone will notice she's gone for a little while, edie moved out. the only way anyone will really know about it that mrs. huber will never make it to her sister's and then she'll start to wonder and maybe come to see what happened.

anyway, lynette's scenes: BRILLIANT! by far the funniest of the episode. i love the part where she just goes to get some sleep and the doorbell rings: "go to hell... gotohellgotohellgotohell" had me laughing out loud. the parts w/ mary alice, a little corny, but i guess it was a dream!j

bree's son is a jerk, that's all. she shouldn't turn him in, but definately some HEAVY punishment.

I'm sure Paul will dump the body somewhere. He'd be stupid not to. I found it ironic that Huber got clocked in the head with a blender. In the first episode, she was bringing one over to Mary Alice, which is how she found out that she killed herself.

I know that Edie moved out but she must've had some things that she left there, we never saw her take her things...

I figured that she just walked out to go somewhere because she was mad at Ms. Huber and that she'd be back later to get her things.

The opening sequence with Huber and Edie arguing over money and yogurt struck me as hilarious, as did the scene where Lynette had a fit, just before she saw Mary Alice.

My theory on her "death." Huber, being the diabolical bitch that she is, basically pretended to stop breathing and stopped struggling so that Mary Alice's husband would leave her alone. I don't think she's dead at all.

I'm glad to see that ABC was smart enough to air the repeat on the 26th at a special time so as not to ruin the series season averages. For a repeat airing the day after Christmas, it would have likely only drawn 6 million viewers or so, dramatically decreasing its overall ratings.

Those some bemoan the constant interruption in the show's new episodes, it's actually a really good thing because more specials= fewer lower performing repeats that drag down the season averages. If ABC does this for the rest of the season, "DH" has a very real chance of being the number one series at the end of the season.
