Feeling a bit bored and wanting to go crazy, Joey, Michael, and Gina, go on a roadtrip to Las Vegas! It seems it may be Michael's birthday. At a casino, both Joey and Gina try to teach Michael how to play blackjack. They are so bad at blackjack that Michael prefers going to the hotel room. They convince him to stay and play. Maybe Michael will teach them how to really play? Joey plays under an assume name and job (don't know why) and he seems to actually know how to play now as he made enough money to have the floor manager be interested in him. At this point Michael wants to stop playing. Alex, who seems to have decided to come to Vegas on her own, spots them and yells their names, which as the floor manager become suspicious because there is no Joey playing, there is a Mark. They are all brought in by security who thinks they were cheating. Michael tries to look and sound dumb so they are released.

Anybody see the previews for this episode? From what I've seen/heard of it, it's gonna be hilarious, a group episode similar to "Joey and the Party."

And Joey meets Bob Saget!

Hahaha, awesome.
This is a show that should use famous guest stars frequently.... as themselves.

I've been thinking that the whole time.

I've also thought they should do more on-location shooting, since the show takes place and is filmed in Los Angeles. Yet with a few exceptions, the characters never leave the apartment complex.

Sounds pretty good. Joey is the other show I look forward too each week(after DH of course)

So far, so good.
Nice to see Bobbie DOES exist outside that office, although she's still my least favorite.

Joey: "She would eat you alive" - hahaha

It was ok.
But too many of the jokes are still predictable.

It was good. The last scene where they all play dumb is probably one of the funniest scenes the show has done so far.

But I'm really starting to realize how mediocre this show is compared to Friends and Frasier. It's really all in the writing, because you can tell the cast is more than capable and doing the best they can with some of their lines. It's still a watchable, entertaining show, and I'd be upset to miss it, but I just hope it'll get better with age.

it was pretty good ive seen better and ive seen worse eps.

Not the worst, nor the best.

I wonder if it was suppossed to be the same casino that Friends used.

It was ok, it was nice to Bobby "Baccala"

One thing I forgot to mention.

I was happy with the continuity of Bobbie having the hots for Michael. I was afraid it was gonna be just a throwaway gag for that one episode, and they'd forget all about it the next time Michael and Bobbie met.

And Alex mentioned her sister once again. I'll bet we'll be seeing her by February sweeps.

It was great, I was rolling when Joey said to the pit boss "I don't know, I thought she was you"

The playing dumb gag was funny too, all in all a great episode

Pretty good ep. Nice to see Bobbie showing up away from the office, and still after Michael. And also, having Bob Saget guest star was brilliant! It was a bit predictable however, and the set looked just as crappy as the set from the Friends episode. Probably was the set from the Friends episode. But anyway, decent ep overall.

Yeah, I thought it was the Friends set as well.

Thought this was a great episode. It took a little bit to get going, but once it got to the Vegas stuff, I was loving it. I loved Joey's line to Gina when she played dumb..."You had the shortest distance to travel." Great.

I was also happy to see Michael and Gina have a few minutes together without Joey in the picture. That's what the show needs. Some scenes sans Joey.

this was really funny.. Especially when they all had to pretend they were dumb.. Alex: Duhhhhhh.. ROFL. Everybody looked at her.. I had tears forming... Then when the commerical came on I was still laughing.. :) This is the second episode of Joey that I laughed even when the commericals come on.. Very funny episode! Joey: Alex pretend Celine Dion called out your name.. Then she had huge eyes ROFL. Alex hasn't been really funny but tonight's episode she was.. :) I like her new haircut..

It started off well but then just fell apart in the end. I cannot really explain it. I thought it was going good and then I just lost interest and the ending seemed rather dull to me.

Not one of the better episodes. And the Bob Saget thing seemed forced. Very forced.
