Great Song - Need help

I am trying to find out the singer and name of the song that was playing when MJFox and his real-life wife split up on the show. It went something like:
"what would you think, i would do at this moment, when you're standing before me with tears in my eyes..."
"i'd get down on my knees, kiss the ground that you walk on..."

song was called "At this moment" by Billy Vera and the Beaters.

Hi,

The song was right, it is "At this moment", but the episode isn´t. It wasn´t when they broke up, it was played at the dance in the episode they met ("The Real Thing"). It was also played in the episode "Starting Over" (#103), when Alex is missing Ellen after she has gone to Paris, but it was in that episode only played in the background.
