How odd considering what's on tv these days. Fine, no more Tyson chicken or Lowe's for us! I think I might even contact the companies and tell them that!

i understand why some don't like this show, morality wise however there's more to it.

...and Tyson has product placement in 'as the world turns'....lol

Twinkle, I'm with ya. We should write them both. As a matter of fact I'm going to go do that right now.

pna42....

Good for you! I'll do it, too. The other night, hubby wanted to go to Lowe's...told him no way. We went to Home Depot. He loves the show, and once I told him what they did, he agreed completely.

hey, wow am I glad to know that others are sharing my concern. I'm so pissed off about this...it's absurd. even kelloggs has pulled sponsorship of DH, and they advertise during Passions! The stupid racy daytime soap! Investors are even talking about this. Check it out -- I'm going to find the Yahoo finance boards for the other companies too and maybe post there so the execs and investors know how we feel...anyone care to join? well if so I am posting the link...

These advertisers make no sense. Kelloggs advertises druing Passions, which has an INCEST storyline happening on that show, which is far worse than anything on DH.

In all reality these advertisers are hurting themselves in the long run. I've seen this happen with other shows that were considered "controversial" and it never hurt those shows on bit, if anything it got more people to watch the show :D
