No TV DVDs for me this week, but I'll definitely be getting Fahrenheit 9/11 on Tuesday and Aladdin sometime down the road.

Also on the agenda for Tuesday are the books Will They Ever Trust Us Again: Letters From The War Zone and The Official Fahrenheit 9/11 Reader.

You made me nervous, I thought I missed something there. Spongebob is the 19th, right?

Two for me this week, the highly anticipated (by me) second season of What's Happening, and Fahrenheit 9/11.

I respect what a certain director has to say, but I don't think I want to OWN his film. I am not a big documentary fan over politics.

I most likely will get What's Happening!: Season 2; at some point, since I was a huge fan of the first season set.

Hey Vash, is this a special edition or something? Because I got Shawshank Redemption on DVD a few years ago - can't remember if there's any extras on it though.

Yep, it's a two disc special edition, there's supposed to be a bunch of extra stuff, though I can't find the info at the moment. There's also a deluxe limited edition set featuring a paperback book and a soundtrack cd.http://www.dvdtown.com/media/coverart/big/12397_1.jpg

just the regular edition, I am mostly buying it for Collector purposes, something like Bambi or Lady And The Tramp I'd buy the better version, but for Aladdin, I'm fine with the $20 version.

Im the complete opposite.... Aladdin is the only one I would but the better version of.
The rest are nice, but mostly for collector purposes.

I've seen absolutely none of the more recent Disney movies. I remember stuff like Bambi and Pinocchio from when I was a kid, but I've never seen Aladdin, Little Mermaid, Lion King, Beauty & the Beast or any of those types. Only animated film I have on dvd is Shrek.

Scratch that, I also have Finding Nemo. I may pick up The Man Called Flintstone when that comes out. I guess I'm funny when it comes to animated films I choose to get into.

The only animated one I have at the moment is the Sleeping Beauty Special Edition, and it was worth the money. I did read at Ultimate Disney that Cinderella was being released on DVD Oct. 2005 as a platinum edition :D
