It sucked eggs.

My summer was lousy, with a few bits of crappiness thrown in. I'm hoping that September will be better, which will bring everything up to a nice even sucky.

My cat died in June...Buuuuut there was the announcement of Trading Spaces Family coming to my city. They just left yesterday morning after being here for 10 days. AWESOOOOOOOME. (I turned 19 while they were still filming here...even better...)

My August rocked, compared to my June and July...

9/10:D One of the best summers I've had in a long time. I went on my friend's boat and I got to drive it, I went all sorts of places with my friend, I met a girl that I like, but my guinea pig died:( Only 2 things could make it the best summer I've ever had.

All in all, I dont care about school starting again.

My summer was pretty good. I wish the weather had been nicer, but otherwise I can't complain. Plus I start college this week so this summer has been all crazy getting ready to leave.

Best summer ever. I got to spend time with two of my best friends who I don't go to school with anymore, see my other friends too, and get closer to some people. I also got to tour Europe (London, Amsterdam, Germany, Switzerland, Paris) for 10 days, which was an amazing experience. Then coming up this weekend, I'm seeing the American Idols with one of my friends. I couldn't ask for more. :D

Technically though, my summer ended last week because I started field hockey, which now takes up 85% of my life.

I had probably the best summer of my entire life. I lived in London and made a lot of important decisions regarding graduate school and where I want to end up. I also got to see places I always dreamed of, which were unbelievable!

Meh, it was in between pretty okay and kind of awesome, this summer I actually enjoyed going to our condo in NJ, and Shakespeare camp was fun I met alot of new people, but field hockey practices sucked ass and made me not look forward to the school year, and I didn't do my usual "I wanna lose weight this summer" and let myelf enjoy junk food, I'm afraid to step on the scale. :grr:

I spent time in a psychiatric hospital battling additions/depression/mood disorders, then came home and went to outpatient therapy for 3 weeks, then when I got out of that, did absolutely nothing for the rest of the day, because I no longer have friends, and I just don't really care anymore. I injured my shoulder, had a root canal, I had my wisdom teeth out, and my mental issues are at an all-time high.

How do YOU think my summer was?

I had a pretty good summer, I went to NY for a weekend which was nice, I worked a lot but I work at a summer camp so it wasnt too bad, but considering I said in town for the most part, it was a lot of fun because me and my friends just had a good time, went to a few parties, it was a grand ole time

Well, now. Let's start from the beginning.

June - First half taken up by school, end half, saw my friends CONSTANTLY. (best month of summer)

July - Hung out with said friends TONS AND TONS. Got into fights alot, but that was more near the end of the month... Tried going to Six Flags, car broke down. Made lots of movies and such.

August - Went to Six Flags without best friend. Friend who moved came into town. Best friend found out about Six Flags, insanely pissed. Cousin came into town. Father constantly drunk. Friends ditch me tons of times. Parents potentially getting divorced.

I'd say it sucked.

OMG, that's terrible! :eek:

I'm really, really sorry to hear that. My parents were having a really tough time this summer too, and they dropped the D-word a few times. But they went to marriage counseling and things are really on the mend. I hope things can work out for your folks too.
