In the scenes that included Jack and Mr. Roper, Roper would always be scared of Jack because Jack would act like he was coming onto him. That got me to thinking: Roper really had a high opinion of himself, I mean if the Jack character was really gay don't you think that he could do alot better than Mr. Roper?

LOL. I also think Mr. Roper might have had some latent homosexual tendencies. He never wanted anything to do with his wife, and was always afraid of Jack coming on to him. Food for thought.

http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/confused.gif I don't really understand what you're saying but here's my opinion on Mr. Roper. I had to say he's a gullible man. He believed what Janet told him about Jack being gay. There were times when Jack was kidding around and pretending to make moves on Mr. Roper. But it was funny when Roper called Jack Tinkerbell and did his fairy impression. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/biggrin.gif Mr. Roper was also a cheap, stingy man. Remember The Gift episode when Roper and his wife got into an argument about money. All Helen wanted was Roper to buy her a beautiful coat and a trip to Los Vegas. He never payed attention to Helen either. But that's what made the Ropers funny. But I wouldn't say that Roper was gay. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/confused.gif
