The corners of the screens are greenish and it looks weird. It has nothing to do with the COLORS itself on the comuter.. I see the blues, the reds, etc.. it justs messed up on the screen. Let me explain. You know when you have those plasma screens and you press on them, you see all the colors? Thats what it looks like to me on the screen. But its not a plasma so I dont know what happened. Id take a picture of it, but it probably wouldnt look any different than yours. Ah hell, Ill take one anyways. Just a small one.
Now, its supposed to be all orange, but to me it fades orange to red.
Bah, neverfind. I forgot it only has the weird colors around the edges. When I went to make it smaller in the middle, the color was all orange.

do you have a different monitor and cable you could swap it with, just to see if that one is going bad?
wiggle the cable end at the back of the monitor, if it is loose or the screen flickers/changes colors , unplug it and look for any bent pins in the plug

Put the pipe down Crystal and slowly back away from the computer. Just kidding. Sorry, but I have no idea what that could be.

Hmm... speaking of computers..
You know how when RIGHT CLICK on your desktop you can change your screensaver and such? Well, they all work fine for me, except for the Desktop option. As soon as I click on that one, a pop up saying: Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. and it closes it down. Baaah. Ive had that happen way back when in the past, and its doing it again.

it could be a bad/corrupt video driver, or Windows system file,
you could try to do a System Restore, reinstall your video driver, or use the System File Checker (put your XP cd in, go to the Run command on the Start Menu, type in "cmd" then at the "DOS" prompt type in "sfc /scannow" and enter) - it IS possible that a piece of spyware has modified something and corrupted it

Try wiping the screen with a damp paper-towel.

Grr, my computer is being a bitch. I dunno what my Dad to the settings, but I cannot get the font to be any smaller. I know about the text sizing in browsers, I did that, but even in like, IM windows, at the smallest font 8, its still pretty big. And for the toolbar, the words are bigger. Meangya.

When you right-click on your desktop and click on "Properties", are you able to get to the Appearance tab in there? Click on the "Advanced" button in the Advanced tab -- you'll see font sizes in there. Tweak with that til you get it back to normal.
